Oracle Learning Management is a comprehensive Learning Management System that lets organisations manage, deliver and track training participation in online or classroom-based formats.

A full training record is held for each employee keeping track of training needs as they are identified through the appraisal process and then kept up to date as they request, have approved, attend and complete training modules.

Oracle Learning Management makes it easy to roll out training programmes for events such as induction training and new management training by defining Learning Paths which are sets of optional or mandatory training activities that need to be completed.

Oracle Learning Management fully manages the entire learning process. Budgets are managed by utilising workflow for gaining approval for all training requested. Employees are able to request and book their own training through self-service and course content, joining instructions and course evaluations are automatically issued at the right time.
