Oracle HR provides the ability to utilise workflow and internet-based processes to streamline such
areas as recruitment, compensation reviews, termination, performance, learning and development much more.
International Policies Implemented Locally
With many organisations spanning multiple countries, Oracle HR enables you to manage globally while
also acting locally. Core global policies can be implemented across your entire Oracle HR system while
the system provides flexibility to define the nuances in practices at a country level. This is further

manage the organisational structure, responsibility and payments that go along with these roles both now
