Platform Management & Hosting

If you do not have the skills readily available in-house to deploy and manage your HRMS platform, or your organisation has outsourced IT but you do not feel it appropriate to let your outsourcer manage your HR database, then Symatrix can provide you with an alternative service.

We offer our clients a fully hosted service where we host, manage and support your platform, database and Oracle HR application.

With this service, we host both your application and database in a secure data centre and provide you and your end-users with secure access to all of the same capabilities you would have with an in-house system. However, in this case, we take all of the responsibility for managing your system, administrating your database and ensuring that your HR application runs smoothly, under a Service Level Agreement.

By having us provide you with our Application Hosting service, you or your IT department no longer have to worry about back-up procedures, applying updates to the application, database maintenance, performing system tuning or any other technical aspect of your system. We take care of all of that for you.
