As standard SIMPLY Symatrix delivers on 80+% of the requirements of our customers, using best practice process flows, preconfigured template screens and system defaults applied on top of a standardised version of the core Oracle HRMS application. The remaining 20% we achieve through fully supported configurations not customisations.
