With Oracle Performance Management, you are able to assess competencies of employees and then perform skill/gap analysis against the competencies they require for that role. You are able to create a library of objectives that can be selected during the appraisal process and even create hierarchies of objectives so that corporate goals can be cascaded down the organisation.
Oracle Performance Management significantly improves the speed and completeness of the appraisal process. When implemented as part of core Oracle HR along with Compensation Workbench and Learning Management, appraisal information can automatically be presented to managers to guide salary reviews and develop learning plans. Progress can be tracked and assessed against the objectives set.
