Oracle Time & Labour

Oracle Time and Labour enables you to automate and manage employee attendance and the hours they work. Through the self-service interface, employees are able to submit their hours worked and these can be reviewed, tracked and approved using the workflow rules that you define.

With automatic calculation of hours worked based on work patterns and rules, administration time is reduced while accuracy is improved. Workflow then enables you to fully control the approval process and rules can alert managers and HR on any exceptions.

Oracle Time & Labour aligns seamlessly with core Oracle HR and Oracle Payroll ensuring that a single source of data can be leveraged across all of these applications and that any changes in employee roles, compensation or benefits can be instantly taken into account.
