Training and development needs a systematic approach. At Symatrix, we work within the broad headings of Plan, Deliver and Review to provide a comprehensive training service to our clients. Our training team will work with you through the following four steps to ensure you deliver the right training and development, to the right people in the most effective manner.
Identification of Needs
We believe the foundation to successful training is to fully understand your specific training needs. Who requires training within your organisation? What areas and modules do they need to cover? At what level?
You may not know the answers to those questions yet and we do not expect you to find them out on your own. We are here to guide you through the process. We have taken traditional training needs analysis a step further and have developed an online version where staff can take skills tests to identify their development needs and produce their individual training paths.
We have a range of standard courses, but where our approach differs is that we can take these standard courses and tailor them to suit the specific needs of our clients.
Working with you, we can develop a customised course based on our standard material, but tailored to your specific environment and implementation of Oracle HR including both your data and your implemented business processes.
We believe that different training requirements are best served by different approaches to delivery. As such, our training is delivered as a combination of instructor-led and online training.
Instructor-led Training – is provided by our highly skilled trainers to small groups of people at a time and at a location that is convenient to you. All of our trainers have in-depth knowledge and experience within live project environments and focus training on your business processes and embedding best practice within your organisation.
Online Training – enables your staff to maximise their training time to fit into their busy schedules. We develop online training material using your environment and data so that we not only transfer knowledge, but enable users to gain hands-on experience. All of our online training is developed using Oracle User Productivity Kit, which is fully integrated into the Oracle HRMS modules providing demonstrations, simulations and testing components.
We build evaluation into all of our training activities. We don’t feel that it is adequate just to complete an evaluation form at the end of an instructor-led class. We give you the opportunity to build different methods of evaluation (focus groups, post-learning questionnaires and information feedback from line managers) so that you can identify the successful transfer of acquired knowledge back in the workplace.
