What We Do
Deliver Business Benefits through HR Excellence
Symatrix enables world-class organisations to create a competitive advantage from their biggest assets - their people.
We partner with our customers to enable the deployment of best practice human resources processes underpinned by industry leading Oracle HCM solutions.
Our knowledge and experience of HR, recruitment, talent, performance and learning management and payroll best practice has been developed over hundreds of projects delivered for some of the UK’s largest organisations and we use it to help forward thinking businesses to get the most from their people.
We’ll challenge you, advise you and guide you as you deploy best practice processes on Oracle HCM Cloud.
We’ll support you, train you and guide you on your HCM Cloud journey.
And we’ll deliver exceptional service, care that you achieve your HR goals and make sure you get true value from your Oracle HCM investment.
Because ultimately, we’ll want you to tell others about the great experience you’ve had with us. All of our customers do!
Our unique ‘SIMPLY’ philosophy cuts out complexity, risk and time at a competitive price, but it also extends to optimising user adoption, critical to the successful deployment of any enterprise application. We recognise that this requires effective training so every project will deliver your users and super-users with all the knowledge and capability they need to manage the solution in tune with the ever-changing needs of your business.
SIMPLY applies to everything we do and is rooted in our belief that best practice is delivered by simplification and standardisation wherever possible.
Everything we do at Symatrix flows from three key principles – Understanding, Simplification and Partnership – all underpinned by our ‘SIMPLY’ philosophy.
We call it the Symatrix USP.
We know that a deep understanding of your business and your people is fundamental to optimising the value we aim to deliver through your investment in Oracle HCM.
That’s why our first priority on every project is to take an in-depth look at your business, your HCM strategy and your specific HCM needs.
Only then will our expert team utilise their years of operational HR management experience and peerless knowledge of Oracle HCM solutions to determine what combination of applications and services will optimise the value of your HCM solution.
Simplification and standardisation are fundamental to maximising value from your Cloud investment.
By embracing Cloud you’re embarking on an ever-evolving journey of solution improvement - but to realise its full potential, you need to develop it on strong foundations.
Symatrix has experience of delivering over 500 Oracle HCM projects where we have leveraged the standard functionality in Oracle, championed simplification and delivered real business benefits.
We call this our ‘SIMPLY’ approach and it enables us to minimise both the time and risk of deployment while ensuring you maximise value from your investment.
We strive to create effective working partnerships with all our clients - flexing our approach to ensure the range of services we provide fits perfectly in every case.
For organisations with in-house expertise, we provide an additional injection of knowledge as and when required. For those looking for more comprehensive support, we can fully manage applications as well as offering additional outsourced services.
The partnership extends to optimising user adoption, critical to the successful deployment of any enterprise application. We recognise that this requires effective training so every project we run will deliver your users and super-users with all the knowledge and capability they need to manage the solution in tune with the ever-changing needs of your business.

Security and Certifications
Information is a business’s most valuable asset, no more so when an organisation is dealing with information on behalf of another business. Being able to offer the assurance of an independent certification around data management and protection is now a must for all service-based businesses.
The ISO27001 accreditation assures you that we:
- Have defined and implemented effective information security processes
- Are constantly focused on the improvement of such processes
- Take known and emerging cyber security threats very seriously indeed and proactively guard against such threats
- Are 100% committed to maximising efficiency within your organisation while also protecting against errors, fraud and reputational damage
- Deliver systems and ways of working that can be trusted
- Can deliver ISO 27001-compliant solutions globally and in countries where compliance is a legal requirement.
Why is ISO27001 important?
To receive this accreditation Symatrix had to completely review and enhance all our procedures around working with data. Our reporting, filing, security standards and day to day management of information had to be boosted.
In order for us to maintain our ISO27001 certificate we must uphold these higher standards and commit to training each new team member and continually improving our procedures. All of this means you can be assured that your data is being handled in the most protected and efficient manor.
