Appointment of Charles Courquin, Sales Director

I’m excited to let you know that Charles Courquin has joined Symatrix as of 5th October as Sales Director, with overall responsibility for Sales and Marketing. As many of you will know Charles joins us from IBM where he headed up the Oracle Applications Practice during which time he grew the Oracle Cloud business exponentially. Prior to IBM Charles was in a senior sales role at Steria and before that he spent 14 years as part of Oracle UK, as Senior Applications Director. This all adds up to an impressive 20+ years working in the world of Oracle with a solid and proven sales track record. Charles shares our desire to deliver excellence to customers and his overall remit is to grow sales in both HCM and ERP, across all our services, including consulting and managed services. This is whilst building strong and lasting relationships with both our existing customers as well as new.

I’m also pleased to say that Richard Dutton remains a fundamental part of the business. As a driving member of the management team he continues to be part of the Symatrix Executive Committee and focussing on our existing customers, as well as our fully managed payroll service. Richard has been an integral part to this important move due to his own personal ambitions and is both respected and valued by the business, his colleagues and customers alike.

Finally, please join me in welcoming Charles whilst wishing Richard continued success, as we look to grow Symatrix and our Oracle business. We’re excited by the future and we hope that you are too as we work together.
